My work as a therapist has been influenced by many great therapists, leaders, professors, writers, and, perhaps most of all, my clients. I learn from my clients every day and am constantly inspired by their courage and vulnerability. The following list includes some of the therapists who have been most inspirational to my professional development. Below, are therapeutic resources that I find particularly helpful.

Hilary Jacobs Hendel's work is influenced by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. She offers a thorough understanding of emotions. She teaches people how to listen to their core emotions, and stop responding to defenses.

Richard schwartz

Richard Schwartz is the creator of Internal Family Systems therapy.

 

 

 

 

Dr jeffery young

Schemas are stable, enduring patterns that develop during childhood or adolescence. They form the lenses through which we see the world and experience relationships. Dr. Jeffery Young developed a questionnaire to help individuals identify their schemas.
