My work as a therapist has been influenced by many great therapists, leaders, professors, writers, and, perhaps most of all, my clients. I learn from my clients every day and am constantly inspired by their courage and vulnerability. Schemas are stable, enduring patterns that develop during childhood or adolescence. They form the lenses through which we see the world and experience relationships. Dr. Jeffery Young developed a questionnaire to help individuals identify their schemas.
